Agreement to Terms

Our Services
FreshAxis Richland Artificial Grass provides artificial grass installation and related services for residential and commercial properties in Richland, WA and surrounding areas. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
Quotes and Estimates
All quotes and estimates provided are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change based on site conditions, material availability, and scope changes. Final pricing will be confirmed before work begins.
Payment Terms
Payment terms will be outlined in your service agreement. We typically require a deposit before starting work and final payment upon completion. Accepted payment methods include cash, check, and major credit cards.
Project Timeline
We strive to complete all projects within the estimated timeframe. However, delays may occur due to weather, unforeseen site conditions, or material availability. We will communicate any changes to the schedule as soon as possible.
Warranty
Our installations come with a workmanship warranty. Specific warranty terms will be provided in your service agreement. Manufacturer warranties on materials may also apply. Warranty coverage may be voided by improper maintenance or modifications by third parties.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your service agreement before work begins, subject to deposit forfeiture for costs already incurred. Once work has started, cancellation may result in charges for completed work and materials ordered.
Property Access
You agree to provide clear access to the work area and secure any pets during installation. We are not responsible for damage to underground utilities not properly marked or disclosed prior to work beginning.
Limitation of Liability
FreshAxis Richland Artificial Grass shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the services rendered.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved through good faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes will be handled according to the laws of Washington State.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
